Correct. The "2 hour" resident parking is only valid 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. There is no enforcement of the non-resident parking on weekends.

I meant 1st st. 2nd & 3rd do have No Parking signs (unless you have zone permits, etc) ...

Does anybody know if there are any streets where the permit is not enforced? I remember a few years ago, the section of York Street near Monmouth and Varick Streets was never really enforced.

I have a visitor coming up by car at the crack of dawn Friday morning (before 6 am), and we are leaving for the entire weekend. So my visitor will need to put the car somewhere for Friday (Saturday and Sunday do not matter, I presume?).

I have no way of getting to the parking Authority this week during business hours. Any other suggestions?
