thank god for gentrification!

eventually, all the flathat thugs will be pushed out of downtown, but bars like Indios will never go away so long as the interest groups keep their friends on the police force

I was awakened last night, around 2am, to a loud argument in front of Indios on 1st st. Wonder if it started there then moved over to 4th? Didn't see any bats, but it did sound pretty heated.

Anyone live at or close enough to 4th & Coles to enjoy the sights and sounds of the brawl in the middle of the street involving approx. 20 yutes at 3:00 this morning? More screaming and posturing than actual beating, though when I saw the baseball bats come out I called 911 (but nobody answered. Thankfully it wasn't a serious emergency, eh?).

And it was all "over a b!tch" smh.
