I saw them mowing the grounds there again this weekend so maybe they now have a routine in keeping it cut. Also I assume if they made the pedestal so large that someday they plan on placing a larger statue there.

This!

It's like that scene in "This Is Spinal Tap" when they have the Stonehenge stage set made and it comes back only 18" high instead of 18'....

Rodney Hadley is the man that runs it.

PM me if you want help with the labor. Happy to assist.

Well at least they did that. It would be nice to get some color in there; it's so bland right now. A statue in a small field.

I saw a few people in there a day or two ago cutting the weeds so I guess it's done.

I'm concerned about the small memorial park at the intersection of Brunswick and C. Columbus Dr. I went by it the other day and it looks awfully disheveled. The grass hasn't been cut, the sidewalks around it are full of weeds and covered in garbage and it just needs some help. Who is supposed to take care of this? I really would just love to go in there myself and spruce it up, plant some flowers/bushes and make it better.

Does anyone know who to get into contact with or if there is an association that does this kind of work?
