Sorry I do not know how to post photos here but just have your neighbor Google Jindo. It's a Korean breed and if it is the person I am thinking of the dog is constantly off leash and equiped with a shock collar. They are sort of a smaller husky looking breed, but not a husky.

And No, It certainly is NOT the husky guy spoken of earlier.
He NEVER, EVER has his dogs off leash and does not have attack dogs.

There is a guy who lives near Hamilton Pk. with a Jindo. I talk to him all the time and he would never sic his dog on anyone. His dog is very well trained but I have never seen it go after anyone or anything. No he doesn't use a leash but thats another story as the dog is very well disciplined. The guy the OP writes about must be someone else and I would hate to see a lynch mob going after the wrong guy. The guy I know understands the implications of doing something so stupid.

Is this the "dog-walker" who usually around the HC/HP neighborhood walking 4 or 5 husky looking dogs? He has anger issues!

If you are speaking of Rob "Dog" Rizzo, who happens to be bald headed and walks several huskies, along with some other dogs in the Hamilton park area, I know him well enough to know that he would never walk a dog off leash, ever. I see him all throughout the day, every day for well over a year and I know he would never have anything to do with the ridiculous stunt that was pulled by this other individual. I myself am a dogwalker and would without hesitation have him care for my dog if necessary. I have seen personally how attentive and caring he is with his dogs... Definitely NOT Rob "Dog" Rizzo. Nope...

Saw this guy on Newark & Erie while I was walking my dog last night around 8pm. Dog was off leash but very well behaved. Said hello to the guy because I used to see him at Hamilton Park a lot, especially when the dog was a puppy. He just looked at me, but not surprised because he was never interested in talking with me--only women. Very surprised about the incident, though. Just to be sure--he is NOT the dog walker that walks all the huskies around Hamilton.

What this guy did is despicable, I agree with Croft...hopefully his attack dog is taken from him AND he should have to go to court and answer for what he did. Basically, he just pointed a weapon at this person and threatened them. Any updates on what went on in front of Atomic Wings?

Not a chance. Don't even start that rumor.

I have said "hi" to him, he has been nothing but cordial. The guy with the white Husky type dog does look similar...

That is horrible!!!!!! I would have called right then and there while standing on top of the roof of someones car... people always usually have their cell phone with them. Or take a picture, if I see him I would taunt him on purpose just so he can play Mr Tough-Guy.. and I will not think twice about calling the cops and following him

Seriously! WTF is wrong with people? I can't take it anymore!!! Everything I read about or hear about lately is god awful.

I have a significant fear of large dogs... I just do. If this happened to me it would be like my worse nightmare coming true. What he did to your neighbor is called terrorism.

The story of the shooting in Pittsburgh coupled with this story today on top of all of the political crooks who just got busted bring me one step closer to building a log cabin in the woods... far far away. Maybe I should just log off the internets and stop reading about this stuff... is ignorance bliss?

last night my neighbor encountered a man walking with a large, unleashed, white shepherd/husky-type dog, which made a move towards her, prompting her to ask the man to please put it on a leash.

he told her to "shut the f**k up" and kept walking. moments later, the man returned, said "I'll teach you a lesson" and told the dog to attack. my neighbor had to climb on top of an SUV to get away from what appeared to be a well-trained animal, as it backed off when the man told it to, then attacked again when instructed. (almost like K-9 training.)

this charming fellow then taunted my neighbor, saying "go ahead, report me to the police. see where that gets you." which suggests to me that he might be a cop or a close friend of one.

other neighbors say this isn't the first time he's pulled this stunt.

so does anybody know this asshat? short, bald, white or hispanic, with a large white dog and serious anger issues.
