definitely not accurate. 300k for a small one bedroom on Communipaw? I live ten blocks closer to the waterfront than Cpaw and paid less than 200k for my very nicely sized 1br. It's a buyers market now. Depending on what your criteria is (close to PATH/buses/parking situation/etc.), you can almost definitely find something that fits your budget and needs.

Great insight there ianmac47. Take your elbow out of the toilet-thats not your ass. If you have something to say, try doing so. Do you think think you get what you don't pay for? Are there magical pixies giving you condos. Take a nap-its been a long day for you.

Not accurate.

Depends what affordable is, there are a bunch on Erie between 6th and 7th, and some on 6th st between Manila and Erie. These are mostly 1 bedrooms that range for 270k to 310k

Hi everyone,

can anyone recommend affordable condominiums located either a little bit outside DOWNTOWN Jersey city, in DOWNTOWN JC (I heard Dixon Mills is probablly the most affordable, is that correct?) or in Bayonne

I have been looking at two places one on Grand street and the other on randolph which is the bergen lafayette area. I've been told anything on or near MLK is bad, these streets are somewhat nearby there, but not necessarily close - does anyone know if these streets are unsafe.

thanks.
