Im looking to buy a condo in this area. I looked at a number of apartments on this block today. What can you tell me about the area? Specifically, crime/safety, places to eat/drink, public transportation, and most important, if it is a good area to invest in, epecially if we tried to sell about 5 yrs. from now. My girlfriend and i are looking to buy our first home in this area. we are young and have no plans for children. thank you!
