After just two public comments, the final vote was 7-2, with opposition council members Rolando Lavarro Jr. and James Solomon voting no. Mayor Steve Fulop Friday announced a proposed $620 million 2021 municipal budget that would cut taxes by $967 and offset the nearly $1,000 tax hike residents were facing in the school budget.
