The market is very good for sellers. Priced correctly, things usually don't last a week on the market. Renovated, turnkey places are in very high demand. I'd be happy to help with a market analysis if you're looking for a realtor!

We're thinking about leaving JC. How's the market looking right now for sellers? I see an awful lot for sale. Wondering how much people are getting for their homes.
