I noticed it this morning flying upside down next to the Washington obelisk on the corner of Washington and Grand - the yellow "DON'T TREAD ON ME" flag with the coiled rattlesnake.
I know this flag was has been adopted by some extreme right groups lately, but was curious about it being hung upside down. Google and FB led me to Alaskans for Liberty who seem to use this flag upside-down as their logo. But we're a little far from AK... I assume this was a prank (in poor taste IMO), or am I missing something?
