I was riding my bike down Washington in Hoboken last evening and the bars were packed and no one was wearing masks. I think the bars are limiting the number of people to how many people want to get drunk.

Seems like a an appropriate time to call 911 for a community organizer or social worker. Or maybe Murphy can just broaden the mandate of the NJ Contact Tracer Corp with a shoot to kill directive?

I think the best bars and restaurants can do is limit the customers inside to a % of their capacity.

I saw two bar restaurants in particular with no masks , and no social distance between people what so ever. I understand a couple of drinks makes you invincible, and young age, but who's enforcing it ? No one was using the street tables , they were at the bar , or standing in front.
