Philharmonic to give free concert at Jersey City City Hall Today 12:24 PM (9/13/2019) By Margaret Schmidt | The Jersey Journal The Jersey City Philharmonic Orchestra returns to City Hall at 5 p.m. tomorrow, Saturday, Sept. 14, for a free performance featuring a variety of genres of world music.
