Join us for the 10th annual Jersey City Nutcracker! Nimbus re-imagines Tchaikovsky's classic holiday ballet to take place in Jersey City with local flavor! Jersey City Nutcracker is the largest annual performing arts event in Jersey City and features the professional dancers of Nimbus Dance, Nimbus2, and talented local youth. Selected youth performers rehearse and perform alongside the professional company.

Audition Schedule:
Saturday, September 7th

9:30 am -10 am Check in (Ages 9-13)
10 am -12 pm Audition (Ages 9-13)
11:30 am -12 pm Check in (Ages 14-18)
12 pm - 2 pm Audition (Ages 14-18)

Be a part of Jersey City's premiere dance school, the School of Nimbus. Located downtown Jersey City and steps from the Newark Pedestrian Plaza, the School of Nimbus offers professional dance instruction emphasizing technique, musicality, creativity, fitness, and fun! The School of Nimbus gives students the opportunity to explore creativity and movement while advancing their technique, so that those who are interested in pursuing dance as a career receive the preparation they need. But, our classes are also fun! For students who simply want to explore creative expression through dance, our classes provide a challenging yet supportive environment!

On Saturday, September 7th from 9:30 am-2 pm, The School of Nimbus is holding student auditions for: Scholarship, Junior Youth Ensemble, Nimbus Youth Ensemble, and Lead Youth Roles for our beloved- Jersey City Nutcracker!

Audition schedule:
Registration: 9:30-10am (Ages: 9-13 yrs)
Audition: 10-12pm (Ages 9-13 yrs)
Registration: 11:30-12pm (Ages 14-18 yrs)
