Will be a mess. Drove by ..you can?t make the left onto 1&9. Left lanes closed starting at Hudson mall. Can?t go straight down communipaw have to make left or right on Rt 440. Looks like cars coming into jc but not out.

Road that connects Newark and Hudson County to close this weekend, state says Updated 1:26 PM; Posted 1:26 PM (1/24/2019) By Patrick Villanova | The Jersey Journal A section of Route 1&9 Truck linking Hudson County and Newark will be shut down this weekend for repairs to the bridge that spans the Passaic River, state officials announced Thursday. Beginning at 10 p.m. Friday and lasting through 5 a.m. Monday, Route 1&9 Truck will be closed between Doremus Avenue in Newark and Central Avenue in Kearny for structural maintenance repairs to the lift bridge across the Passaic River. https://www.nj.com/hudson/2019/01/road ... s-weekend-state-says.html
