We have a spacious 2 bed one bath apartment available for a short term lease from early Oct til late Dec. Brand new huge kitchen with d/w, separate spacious living room with big bay window, in unit w/d. It is located in the quiet hilltop area - 8 min walk to JSQ and 20 min walk to Grove St station.
We are looking for $1900 a month inc bills. There is a parking space available in the drive for an extra fee. We could also look at renting it out as a one bed (no w/d) for a lower price. Please get in touch if you or a friend are interested! Sjbull5@yahoo.com
