My previous rate lock saved more because of the big spike in electric costs. My rate expires this year. I checked Just Energy (formally Commerce) and they about the same as PSE&G now. So I may not re-lock again.

If you go with a 3rd party, go with fixed rate that is locked in. I am with Commerce Energy (they got renamed recently) on my second 3 year rate lock. It saved me some decent $$$ over the past 5 years.

Got their New Jersey Resident letter today. Price I receive for first 3 billing months will be 14.80/kw. Thereafter charged at a variable rate. BYE. Anyone else receive this scam?
