The Jersey Journal JERSEY CITY -- Jersey City police working on a tip arrested a Newark man and a Springfield man they say had a Glock semi-automatic pistol and a large bag containing suspected marijuana in a vehicle on Newark Avenue. Officers had already confirmed the items were in the vehicle when they watched Brent B. Singh, of Springfield, and Dijon D.
