What does that have to do with Fulop selling JC to developers on a fast track without public input?

Fulop adamantly denied knowledge of bus Tours that he was present at, going so far as to include the following Photo with caption in his own Press Release.

Yes, Fulops does deny knowledge of this conference, start playing the tape at 2:25. He sold the city to developers but denies he was there. He was there. Now he is telling the public he wants their imput on development. Just because he is successful in lying to some and getting away with it, does not mean he can fool everyone.

Nice that Healy let his "Hired Help" run our city. No wonder it was so screwed up for 9 years.

Firstly, Thank You for the concise clip link that you provided. It clearly shows Fulop's true nature for all to see !

OF COURSE People should, & do care about Fulop's Lack of Transparency, his Overdeveloped Propensity to create Photo-ops that Mis-represent the status of his *Project Accomplishments*, and that He Flat Out LIES about his participation in Development Tours in attempts to displace them, shamelessly to their faces !

Speaking of endorsements....

Isn?t it interesting how Matsikoudis could work with someone for 9 years in such a ?productive administration? that did so much for JC and not get his bosses endorsement? Gee I wonder why he didn?t seek it out if the administration he worked for was so fabulous.

Hey Bill do you want to win on Tuesday? If so why don?t you give your Clone Source a call and have him throw his unused endorsement to Mayor Fulop. (lol)

Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop discusses his vision for the city.

As a quickly growing part of the greater New York City metropolitan area, tall building construction activity in Jersey City is an important element of the regional skyscraper mosaic. In fact, Jersey City is undergoing a period of growth that could make it the largest city in the state. Many of the trends and lessons encountered in Jersey City can be applied to developments in cities across the globe. Presentations in the Jersey City Host Room, organized and hosted by the city, focused on current projects in Jersey City with particular emphasis on environmental remediation, navigating the approval process, mixed-use and transit-oriented development, and the economics of building local casinos.
The two days of programming featured several panel discussions on the above-mentioned topics. The three panels on day one focused on navigating the city?s approval process, environmental remediation, and the economics of bringing casino gambling to North Jersey.
Day two began with a panel discussion on mixed-use developments. The specific focus of the panel was on Jersey City?s growth and the neighborhoods that are leading future development. Robert Cotter, Director of Planning for the Jersey City Division of City Planning, discussed the positive benefits of designing with multiple programs.
The second panel of the day followed up the conversation on mixed-use developments with a focus on transit-oriented development. Jersey City Mayor Steven Fulop joined the panel to add his thoughts on the development potential of transit-oriented development, as did CTBUH Chairman (and Jersey City resident) David Malott, Principal, KPF.

Really? Gee I thought they endorsed Mayor Fulop. Speaking of deceitful lies to the people of JC how about this whopper that I got from the JJ on one of his longtime accomplishments.

He goes around saying that he was responsible for the cleanup the Bayfront property. But any JC old-timer could tell you the real story about how a religious organization started the legal process way back in the 1990?s.

11/3/2017 JJ Bayfront: .?Wurm called Jersey City Together a "grandchild" of the Interfaith Community Organization of Jersey City, the group that sued to force Honeywell to clean up that site and another on Garfield Avenue owned by PPG.?

The Healy Clone caught in another lie?..

5/10/2017 JJ Bayfront: ?Bill Matsikoudis, who is challenging Fulop in November's mayoral race, spearheaded the effort to get the property cleaned up as corporation counsel under Fulop's predecessor.?

How low can you go taking credit away from a Church group? But then again that?s always been ?The Healy Way?. Sinner!

Get out and vote for TEAM FULOP on Tuesday November 7th, 2017 send a loud and clear message that we don?t want a Healy Clone as Mayor nor do we want any of the Clones Clones on the City Council. (it would be much worse than having the NO-bbie Brothers on the Council as we do now)

.

WTF are you Babbling about ???
How are your payments listed on Eric Fleming's Team Fulop reports, Mortgage Expense???

Gadsden's odds aren't looking great either, but not quite Esther-in-a-bikini category...

I don't know why the webmaster allows personal attacks, but it is obvious the Fulop people are running scare. However the webmaster has double standards, a number of my comments were taken down and they had nothing to do with personal comments.

Esther Winter has as much a chance getting on city council as she does tastefully pulling off a two-piece swimsuit.

Who deserves to win in Jersey City mayor, council, ed board races | Jersey Journal endorsement

What will Jersey City look like, be like in four years?

The 2020 Census is expected to crown it the largest city in the state. And, failing another real estate collapse, property values should continue to rise, more of Journal Square will be built higher and higher, and ... what?

I am laughing hysterically if everyone on the JJ list wins. Fulop and company will be afraid of the no-nonsense Esther Wintner. You will have Yun, Wintner, Boggiano, Gadsden and Johnson battling the administration. Five independents against the administration. Wow. I forgot to add Solomon. That is six. Really funny.
