Hello Everyone,

Just wanted to run this by you and see anyone of you have come across similar situation and would love to learn from your experience.

Our Highrise Co-op apartment building located right across Grove Street Path Station sent us a notice stating No lights of any kind may be installed or used on the balconies, rails window sills or windows. Even Christmas decorative lights are not allowed. I wonder if this is legal?

I'll greatly appreciate your suggestions/opinion in this regard.
