 By The Jersey Journal Family and friends of a Fairview man are pleading with the public to help locate him after they say he went missing early Saturday morning. Luis Garcia, 27, was last seen at a Downtown Jersey City bar at Second Street and Newark Avenue, his friends say. At the time he went missing he was wearing a black Paramore shirt and dark khaki pants. More
