Gold Coast property maintenance does all of that in our building downtown. Great company, I think family owned too.. Their website is goldcpm.com

I am also looking for services including trash removal to the curb, cleaning of hallways and snow removal for a small 8 unit condo building in downtown JC. Does anyone have any local companies that do this?

I tried a search of previous threads but mostly came up with full management companies. I'm looking for a reliable contractor that can handle regular trash removal, hallway cleaning, and snow shoveling for a 5 unit building. Any suggestions?
