N.J. man admits rigging IRS refund system for $170K payoutBy NEWARK -- A Hudson County man on Thursday admitted in federal court to having manipulated the Internal Revenue Service's telephone payment system to generate a fraudulent refund of more than $170,000. Derrick M.
