Yes, I know. Ever heard of Keynes?

Yes I have. You are confusing spending to end a recession with a failed economic policy that bought about the recession in the 1st place.

You mean the same recession brought about by lax bank regulation and oversight on both sides of the Atlantic? Nice try at revising history.

I stand by my assessment that Europe spent their way into a recession.

And part of that 2008 crash... US Taxpayers not only bailed out US Companies, our money was laundered and sent to many failing EU banks.

We may find out through wikileaks that Trump was the creation of the Clinton machine.

TRENTON ? Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump is scheduled to make a rare campaign appearance in New Jersey on Saturday when he is keynote speaker at a charity event hosted by the Republican Hindu Coalition, according to the organization's website.

The event, "Humanity United Against Terror," featuring Trump, terrorism survivors and Indian and Bollywood performers, will be held at the New Jersey Convention and Exposition Center in Edison, the coalition's website said.

"This is a charity concert organized for the benefit of terror victims in various countries," Shalabh Kumar, founder of the Republican Hindu Coalition and chairman of the Indian American Advisory Council to the Republican Party told the Indian media in New Delhi. Ticket prices range from $9.99 to $499, although the cheapest seats are sold out.

Less than 30 days left until the Presidential election and he's making this appearance? In NJ?

He's rallying the base for his post-election career but this doesn't help him for the election. Hmmmm....

He did a TV ad for the NJ market for 2nd debate. Just bizarre.

Not sure what your're responding to, but the primary policy failure of Europe in the last decade has been the austerity that US conservatives have been clamoring for.

It's fun how in today's climate the messenger matter more than the message. I recently posted on a board an anti-trust Warren speech that most of the people there actually agreed with, but all they could say was "fuck that Democrat Pocahontas".

Olbermann reminds us how desensitized we've become to not be automatically outraged at a presidential candidate threatening his opponent with jail.

Make fun of Giuliani all you want. It shows your ignorance. NYC was a cesspool before he arrived. He took the kind of swift action then I we need today. Without him and a NYC resurgence Jersey City would be the gutter it was 25yrs ago.
