hello - we are having some trouble with the other tenants on our board and they keep going against what the board has decided and when confronted they basically start screaming its not fair and just do it anyways (changing condo fee, building in common area) We don't know what to do at this point and think that we need a 3rd party to come in and try to help us settle this because at this point it's a mess (we have a very small condo board so it becomes a he said/she said)
any mediators/lawyers/other suggestions that anyone here might have?
