Just another sniffling, self-serving failed candidate looking not to be shafted after the elections. Unfortunately his only option is to support Trump, who in turn will sink the Republican ship for many ... Note: Trump has changed his political allegiance 5 times since the 80's ... Trump swings his allegiance as often as he does his prospective partners / wives !

9/23/2016:
Washington (CNN) Ted Cruz endorsed Donald Trump for the presidency Friday afternoon, a stunning turn of events after a contentious primary filled with nasty personal attacks and a dramatic snub at the Republican National Convention. "After many months of careful consideration, of prayer and searching my own conscience, I have decided that on Election Day, I will vote for the Republican nominee, Donald Trump," Cruz wrote in a Facebook post.

I actually agree with the president, but to your point: "Mr. Obama issued the veto behind closed doors on Friday without fanfare, reluctant to call attention to a debate that has pitted him against the families of terrorism victims. Not long before he did so, Hillary Clinton, the Democratic presidential nominee who had previously backed the measure, confirmed that if she were in the Oval Office, she would sign it." http://www.nytimes.com/2016/09/24/us/ ... to-saudi-arabia-9-11.html

Hillary didn?t directly start the birther movement but her supporters did back in 2008 before the DNC convention. It was the PUMA (Party Unity My Ass) group. From what I read Trump started it up again in 2011 he wasn?t satisfied with Obama releasing his short ?certification of live birth? in 2008 to stop PUMA and the lawsuit. So in 2011 Trump got involved and pushed for a release of the long form birth certificate which was eventually released in April 2011. "I've accomplished something nobody else was able to accomplish," Trump said. Here's a piece on the start of the birther movement from back in 2008... ** ******* Lawsuit questions Obama?s eligibility for office from the inside. By - The Washington Times - Thursday, August 28, 2008 Pennsylvania?s former deputy attorney general and Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton supporter Philip J. Berg has filed a lawsuit in federal court in Pennsylvania accusing presumptive Democratic presidential candidate Sen. Barack Obama of lying about his U.S. citizenship, which would make him ineligible to be president. Mr. Berg is one of a faction of Clinton supporters who haven?t heeded the party?s call for unity, filing the suit just days before the opening of the Democratic National Convention, which will nominate Mr. Obama as the party?s presidential candidate. The suit, filed in U.S. District Court in Philadelphia last week, also names the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission and says Mr. Obama?s mother went to Kenya late in her pregnancy and ended up giving birth there. It also claims that later in life, Mr. Obama declared himself a citizen of Indonesia. The Obama campaign has firmly said the Illinois Democrat is a natural-born citizen. Last month, the campaign posted on Mr. Obama?s Web site a copy of his ?certification of live birth.? It says he was born in Honolulu on Aug. 4, 1961, two years after Hawaii was named the 50th state. Mr. Berg said he was contacted about filing the lawsuit by a member or associate of the group PUMA, which was formed to support Mrs. Clinton shortly after she withdrew from the race. Its mission includes denouncing the Democratic Party and Mr. Obama?s nomination.

I love how Trump's new wife wanted to sue over remarks about 'suspectly' working as an escort, yet Trump himself, makes slanderous and derogatory remarks about others with total disregard - By the way, how is that case going for Ms Trump?

You keep saying that without proof as if it will suddenly come true, yet you can't say anything about how birtherism launched Trump's political career. It is rather childish. Yeah, she voted for the Iraq war and so did many others. Even Trump was for the war before he changed his mind when it was no longer convenient. Sound familiar? Quote:

That is the numbers I have seen as well. As mentioned before, Trump is getting a lot of earned media (free) so he does not need to spend a lot on TV. Earned media is one thing he is really good at. He is raising a lot of money as well so he must be spending it somewhere else that makes more sense for the type of campaign is running. According to the article below, Clinton out-spent Trump $48M to $30M so he is spending but not as much on TV: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/po ... o-where-did-the-money-go/

Could you link to the NY times article? I have seen $96M to $17M, not the numbers you mentioned. Anyway, that makes you wonder how is Trump spending his campaign money. I know he is spending a lot of his donors money to pay himself for his plane, his hotels and his offices but he couldn't spend it all on it. Could he? Regarding Hillary Clinton appearance at the debate, I don't know what the over/under is but I am willing to bet she will be there. Ready to take the bet? how much?

The New York Times reported today that Hillary and pro-Clinton supporters have spent $145 million dollars on tv and radio ads, vs $4 million by Trump and his supporters.
Her return on the dollar is making Jeb's wasted $100 million dollar campaign look great! (btw, do we have an over/under whether Hillary has to postpone the debate next week?)

So she made a BS claim of being broke, that somehow makes her a criminal? You even state the money is reported income so where is the criminality? She released her tax returns, yes? Where is Trump's?
The whole 'she should be in jail' nonsense can be said about both candidates. It's all wishful garbage when we know they are too powerful to be held accountable. All we can judge them with is with their own words and while Hillary can be slimy, the slime emanating from Trump is beyond ridiculous. The guy doesn't care if you know about it, he brags about it and he never once apologized for it.
