There's also a booth in the mall that does this, had my phone fixed there in no time.

regular 6 - I think they said it was also LED or something but like 99% of the time they need both parts however I thought he said that was only $10 difference

either way I was happy with the repair and it was convenient

seems like the central ave shop is the main location if you want to get it done quick

Was it a 6 Plus, or a regular 6? And, was it a simple screen replacement? Some repairs require that the home button be replaced, which adds to the cost.

As for locations, i visited the DTJC location, a few blocks west of the Grove Street PATH.

iPhone screen replacement takes about 10 minutes and I recall the cost being $85 or so.

Exactly what jcneighbor has said above. I followed his advice (from the other thread he mentioned) and took in two iPhones to get fixed and it was super easy and quick. The cost was $80 for each iPhone 6 screen replacement. He was done in 30 minutes with both. If you have a single phone to bring in, he will likely be done in 15 minutes.

My wife has managed to shatter the screen of her iPhone 6 Plus. I've seen a range of online repair ideas - Groupons quoting $110 to Apple's $130+tax, do folks here have any local repair guidance which can come out to the double digits?

Thanks for the recommendations in advance!
