Jersey City Democratic party official joins city DPW in managerial roleAugust 3, 2016 - Jersey City, News - An official with the Jersey City Democratic Organization was hired as the chief of administrative services for the city’s Department of Public Works last month and he started work on Monday. John Lynch, a former director of business development at the PMX Agency, a worldwide digital marketing firm, and the JCDO’s sergeant-at-arms began working for the Jersey City Department of Public Works on Monday. Lynch confirmed he began work as the chief of administrative services for the DPW when reached on his cell phone earlier this week, but deferred all other comment to city spokeswoman Jennifer Morrill.
