Jersey City gets $400K in EPA funds for brownfield assessments

U.S. Senators Bob Menendez and Cory Booker announced the that almost $2 million in federal funding from the Environmental Protection Agency was awarded to assess and clean up contaminated sites in Jersey City, Asbury Park, Atlantic City, and Plainfield. 

The Jersey City Redevelopment Agency is receiving a $400,000 for two brownfields assessments.
