Five men were arrested on drug charges last night after several people complained of a man selling PCP out of his Bostwick Avenue apartment, according to a police report. Police began investigating the allegations last month and executed a search warrant late last night after making the arrests. Sadrak Vincent, 30, of Hoboken, walked over to Rowe-Williams and said he had "two bags" that he was looking to trade for "water," a street term for PCP. Richardson and Rowe-Williams smelled the two bags, which they exchanged with Vincent. The three men were later arrested, the report states. More
