A 23-year-old city man was arrested Thursday after police spotted him driving an SUV as a man hung from the trunk of the vehicle. The man hanging from the back of Acura SUV turned out to be its owner, police determined, before charging Edwin Fuentes, of Montgomery Street, with carjacking. More
