Man shot dead in Jersey City by passenger in car, police sources say

A man was shot dead by a passenger in a parked vehicle on Stuyvesant Avenue in Jersey City this afternoon, law enforcement sources told The Jersey Journal.

The shooting occurred at 2:04 p.m. today on Stuyvesant, near Corbin Avenue and the man was pronounced dead at 2:20 p.m., according to police radio transmissions.
