Wouldn't 40 hours be considered full time? Is the range of hours from 25 - 40 variable from week to week? Thanks.

NIMBUS DANCE WORKS SEEKS COMPANY ADMINISTRATOR

Nimbus Dance Works is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic arts administrator to fill the role of company administrator. The company administrator works directly with the Artistic Director, school administrator and other staff to support a wide variety of ongoing company activities and initiatives.

Nimbus Dance Works is a non-profit dance company based in Downtown, Jersey City that focuses on artistic excellence and community impact. Comprised of the professional dance company, the School of Nimbus Dance Works, NimbusPresents a newly-launched presenting series, and community educational programs, Nimbus? is one of the fastest growing contemporary dance organizations in the NY/NJ area. Founded in 2005 by Artistic Director Samuel Pott, is currently undertaking initiatives to move itself into the national touring marketplace, to consolidate development/fundraising and to plan facility project in Downtown Jersey City.

This position entails a variety of duties including general administrative tasks and:

? Follow up with company inquiries (programming/booking, upcoming performances)
? Coordinate/plan company events & appearances including performances, fundraisers, street fairs, etc.
? Attend meetings to coordinate between Nimbus school, company, after-school programs
? Create tickets, program booklets, any necessary documents for all company events
? Post promotional materials and information on all Nimbus social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
? Monitor ticketing/box office sales for company events
? Research/apply for grant opportunities for the company
? Continuously update company calendar
? Keep track of and follow up with donations made to the company

Part-time position, flexible hours 25-40 hours/week ? weekend availability. Immediate start date; compensation commensurate with experience.

* As a small non-profit, applicants should be flexible and prepared to assist with additional projects as needed.

Applicants must be organized, have exceptional customer service and problem solving skills, and should have some knowledge of the following:

Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Publisher, Excel, etc.)
Google Drive
Photoshop
Driver?s License Required (vehicle a plus)
