Anyone know what was just going on at 8th & W Hamilton around 11PM tonight?

Heard some yelling, then saw a guy jump out of an SUV in plain clothes, pulling a gun out and yelling at someone to get on the ground.

Within 2 or 3 minutes there were several police cars. Cops walking up and down 8th St looking for something (someone?) else.

Tried to listen to the scanner and heard something about shots fired.
