My car got tower this morning and I've been trying speak to someone at the impound lot at 100 Phillips Street to make sure it's actually there before I trek all the way over. I've been calling the number they have listed (201) 547-5415 but have met with a busy signal every time for the last 3 hours.
Has anyone ever gotten someone on the phone or are they just leaving their phone off the hook so nobody can call? I also tried the MOTOR VEHICLE RECOVERY line at (201) 333-6336 to no avail.
