The two owners and an employee of a Jersey City deli were a man was shot dead yesterday are accused of moving the 23-year-old's body from a stairwell to the back of the store, according to a criminal complaint.  The two people believed to own the Los Yoleros Mini Market Deli -- Gabino Tineo, 44, and Isabel Dominguez, 37 -- as well as their employee, Marcelino Ramos Jr., 32, appeared in Central Judicial Processing court today to face charges of tampering with evidence and conspiracy to tamper with evidence.  The court document alleges they moved the body of homicide victim Davonte D. Carswell, of Jersey City, "from the stairwell of the store to the back of the store," which is located at 383 Ocean Ave.  More

How stupid some are with their response / comments in the linked article when they blame the Mayor and Councilman for these types of crimes ...
No-one can change the mind-set of criminal behaviour. You need social behaviour to change and to blame a councilman or Mayor is stupid. Maybe if we increase taxes to employ a limitless number of cops and social workers to combat the problem, not much can change if families don't take ownership on how their family members turn out .... Last time I read about asking for more taxes, people were against it, thus nothing comes for free and serious change can't be implemented
