Obviously, I don't really know what was happening here, but a lot of it sounds fishy. Looks like the driver was heading to 78 to take that into JC...and if you're a NYC cab driver who's only been to the airport, that probably makes sense to you. This woman uses a LOT of buzzwords that make it sound like she might be seeing something that wasn't really happening.
I do love that her "usual" drink intake is 8-9 cocktails, and she says that like "oh yeah, isn't that true for everybody?"

I bet if this happened in an Uber, some with an agenda would pounce and point to this as evidence that Uber is unsafe and should be banned.
But they will be silent here.

Xia said she split a cab with a friend in Midtown after a fundraising event, where she said in a Facebook comment she downed two vodka and orange juice cocktails. Once the friend got out the driver offered to take Xia to Jersey City for a flat $40 fare.
