OK- I can't read and am ignorant to boot. What is an OP? (original post perhaps?). However, on my screen there is no such information. There were some empty squares so perhaps the text did not come through for whatever reason on my computer. You should be happy that my posts elicited the information and also - bumped you up to the top of the feed!
Ant thanks for those who posted the time/cost information in the original link. I still don't see the location (it's a big park) but I will check out the link. Still, while not rising to an ethical plane, when trying to fund raise, its best not to insult the people you are trying to get to donate!

Really? I actually found the race to be very well organized. Are you referring to the actual race or the activities surrounding the run?

I mean no disrespect to the organizers or to the other runners who have lauded the event.
But I did it last year and it was so poorly organized that I can't even imagine doing it again. It felt like a school's field day rather than a legit race.

I've done this 5K the last 3 years. The organizers do a good job running it and it's a fun race. Also, the course is beautiful. Flat and very fast, too, if you're looking for a new PR. Definitely recommend it.

 JOIN US FOR THE 4TH ANNUAL TECCS READ, WRITE & RUN 5K + FAMILY FESTIVAL  Run the race and win an award, cheer on the runners, root for your favorite kid in the kid/adult tug-of-war, dunk some teachers, raffle for some amazing prices at the tricky tray (tablets, spa baskets, bikes, and so much more) and eat some homemade jerk chicken or homemade Indian food. It's a good time and we hope to see you there!
