i got a peak inside of south house (looks really nice) and it seems that the place extends all the way to columbus avenue.
with porta and, hopefully, south house having entrances on columbus, that should really liven up the block. just my 2 cents. imo, the city should encourage (if not require), retailers to have nice facades along columbus
