I have an Islandaire PTAC.
Do you know anyone that you would recommend to service a PTAC? It just needs seasonal cleaning and maintenance. What is the price? I know Royal Heating. They do not do PTACs. Thank you.

I would also suggest Royal, they fixed my central air with just one visit for a ridiculous low amount.

I second Royal. They did the central air in my house and they seem like real straight shooters. After sandy I had to replace my almost new AC condenser in my yard and they were very fair in the replacement cost.
(not a shill here either)

Can't speak to them BUT I HIGHLY recommend Royal Heating and Cooling. I've used them for over a decade and they're awesome. I hate contractors and they are the ONLY ones who have Never let me down. Theyr'e in Jersey City on JFK, I think. No, I'm not a shill. The owner's son remiinds me of Steve Buscemi.

Other owners in my building have recommended these to either service or replace my GE PTAC heat/cool unit. Does anyone have any recent experience with them they could share?
