Four people have been charged with significant drug counts linked to a single residence on Gardner Street in Jersey City where police say a gun was also found, officials said.

Joey Timberlake, 53, Linnette Bunch, 50, Virginia Hutchinson, 73 -- all of 61 Gardner Ave. -- made their first court appearances on the charges this afternoon in Central Judicial Processing court in Jersey.

All appeared via video link from Hudson County jail in Kearny with the exception of Timberlake, who had posted bail and was in a wheelchair in court and using bottled oxygen to assist his breathing. However, Timberlake was informed that Hudson County Superior Court Joseph Isabella had raised his bail to $100,000 cash only and was taken into custody again.
