It does sound like family fun, but not for $40 per parent and kid. We throw the ingredients in a breadmaker to knead, and roll it out with the classic italian machine.

Here's a trick, we suspend one of those telescoping window bars for kids between a chair and the table to hang the cut pasta to dry a little.

Join us for this unique, hands-on family class teaching you and your family how to get your hands dirty and create endless pasta dishes?from scratch! Learn everything about mixing homemade pasta dough, from the measurements and ingredients to the texture and formation of various noodles including ravioli with customized fillings. Designed for kids 7 and up working together with grown-ups and their families to make dishes that can easily be recreated at home!

Tuition: $20 per person; each participant must register separately
