Here were the top 10 pensions in 2014 for officials in Hudson County, according to New Jersey Watchdog: 1. Former Jersey City Public Schools Superintendent and two-year state assemblyman Charles Epps: $195,000 2. Former North Bergen Board of Education Assistant Superintendent, freeholder and legendary North Bergen High School football coach Vincent Ascolese: $180,180 3. Former Union City Board of Education Superintendent Stanley Sanger: $167,082.12 4. Former North Bergen Superintendent Robert Dandorph: $159,900 5. Former North Bergen Superintendent Peter Fischbach: $156,676.68 6. Former Bayonne Police Chief Robert Kubert: $155,529.72 7. Former Hoboken Police Chief Carmen LaBruno: $147,429.00 8.
