Does anyone know of a local caterer that specializes in New Orleans style dishes? There are a lot of Cajun restaurants in Manhattan, a few in Jersey but not many that cater.
I'm open to getting platters from a restaurant or local small JC caterer. Looking for dishes like : Shrimp Creole, Shrimp OR Crawfish Etouffee, Crawfish Macaroni and Cheese, Seafood OR Chicken Andouille Gumbo (sorry if I made you hungry! ;) Thanks in advance if you know of anyone or place with these offerings.!
