I just used these guys for a small plaster/paint repair on my wall and ceiling, since my upstairs neighbor's air conditioner leaked into my apartment. It was a small job, and I had a hard time getting a response from anyone. They gave a free estimate (which held), were fast and reliable and did great work. Looks like nothing ever happened to the wall at all. They're also insured and will provide references.

Hi All, Searching through the forum, I didn't see a recent post with a relevant recommendation. Looking for someone who can patch/tape/spackle and paint a few areas in my apartment. It's a really small job. Looking for someone efficient and reasonable. I am thinking a contractor working with a large team is probably not the right person for the job. Any recommendations are greatly appreciated!
