The owner of a Jersey City home daycare facility and her 17-year-old daughter
were charged Monday night after two brothers, 3 and 4 years old, were found wandering in the street in the freezing cold, Hudson County Sheriff Frank Schillari said. Dennen Felder, the owner and manager of Family Daycare Provider, at 26 Belmont Ave., and her daughter have been charged with two counts of fourth-degree child abuse and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Schillari said.
