Perhaps it was a party and the intermittent cut-offs was a door to the street being held open, opening and closing?

I believe it was on 8th St, between the park and Monmouth St. It was VERY loud over there as I was walking home. I didn't both trying to hone down the exact location. No idea what it was, sounded like some machinery, a saw of some sort. Could have just been a fridge or something gone haywire.

I heard it too. Well after midnight. Thought it was coming from Hamilton Square but it could have been the park.
Very annoying.

Yes! I heard this as well. I thought it was a car driving around my block a few times because I would hear it for a period of time then it would get quiet again. This happened a few times before I fell back to sleep so I'm not sure if it persisted throughout the rest of the night.

did anyone else hear (and feel) intermittent techo music last night? i live in Hamilton Park and it was coming from the direction of Enos Jones Park. It wasn't loud by any means but it was audible and i felt a slight vibration. It was between 1130 pm and 1230 am when i noticed it.
