A Jersey City felon charged with robbing $15 and a cell phone from a man in August made his first court appearance today and face 10 years in prison if convicted, officials said. Bail was set at $75,000 cash or bond for William Tedeschi, 42, of Wallis Avenue, on the charges of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery in connection to the Aug. 11 incident in Jersey City. More
