The affordable housing there wanted the support of the community before the housing was built. They promised any parking space not used by residents could be rented by local residents. They never kept their promise.

Thanks, I'm actually closer to Montgomery, but that isn't too far away. Surprised more people at Dixon don't rent their spaces.

Not sure where near Dixon Mills you live, but there's a "Parking for Rent" sign on the front gate of one of the row houses on Columbus (between Monmouth and Coles) across the street from DM.

I'm not a resident so I don't have access to the building link. I was hoping someone there was looking to rent to a neighbor. I live a block away and wanted off street parking.
Does the mgmt company monitor every car on the lot?

There are occasionally spaces for rent at Dixon Mills, but you have to be a resident to rent the space. If you are a resident, check out building link.
