Quote: Hold the phone?.isn?t 136 Magnolia Avenue the old Verizon office building? On the property that is slated for the three JSquared towers? Please tell me they don?t have a long term lease. I thought that building was coming down like the ones that were taken down around it? I don?t want to see that project stalled like the other Journal Square project that has been stalled for the last 10 years.

If you are so cool, why are you not in Journal Square? LOL
Mike D'Onofrio | The Jersey Journal An established arts community arrived at its new home in Journal Square this weekend with much fanfare and celebration. Art House Productions, a performing and visual arts organization, moved to 136 Magnolia Ave., behind the Journal Square PATH Station, Saturday and brought along a party to mark the occasion. About 75 people in costumes and make up marched (while others drove) more than a mile alongside a brass band from the nonprofit's previous residence at Hamilton Park. Christine Goodman, the founder and executive director of Art House Productions, said the organization's new location is twice the square-footage and is more centrally located for people both in Jersey City and beyond. Goodman added that she hopes the new location is the beginning of a burgeoning arts district in the area. More
