I did this myself a few years ago on my basement. I used a product called EpoxyCoat and am very happy with the result. It's pretty indestructible (it's the only thing that survived sandy in my basement!).

It was a bit more of a project than just painting but they give clear instructions. If you are handy at all, it should not be a problem.
