Its not a park but I love strolling through Bayview Cemetery. It sit along side of Bayside Park, its stunning. The fall is the best time to walk through, or Halloween if you dare.

Yvonne posed this question on another thread. I thought it warranted it's own thread. (You can include parks and areas without their own parking lots.)
